OT4Change is a private mobile OT practice in Northern NSW.
It was established by Occupational Therapist, Kathryn Blaich. Kathryn is an experienced OT who is passionate about working with people with Mental Health problems, children and families. Kathryn is particularly interested in pain management and assisting people to develop strategies enabling them to engage in important and meaningful activities.
She has a special interest in sensory integration which through working in the public mental health system, involvement in research and continuing education, has found to be of benefit to adults with poor self-soothing skills, difficulties with emotional regulation, as well as children experiencing similar difficulties and problems with concentration. Kathryn is also a trained DBT therapist.
Kathryn is also a RMS registered OT Driving Assessor who aims to support safe and legal driving.
As an OT, Kathryn can help with equipment advise and physical rehabilitation.
OT4Change provides a mobile service and will come to your home, work or child's school. This is because it is important to assess and provide interventions in an environment you are familiar with. Appointments can also be conducted in the office at 7A, 92 Tamar Street, Tamar Village, Ballina, NSW, 2478. Call for an appointment on 0425240558.
